As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.


We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Telecom Analyst with experience in telecom procurement and expense management to support clients in optimizing their telecommunications environment.


This professional will act as an extension of client telecom and IT teams, supporting sourcing initiatives, vendor management, and telecom operations, ensuring cost optimization, operational efficiency, and high-quality service delivery across legacy and emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Analyze telecom expenses, usage trends, and billing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead telecom procurement activities, including RFP/RFQ development, vendor sourcing, and bid evaluation.
  • Perform invoice auditing and invoice validation to eliminate billing errors and optimize costs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support project management of telecom implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Conduct site audits to validate telecom inventory, services, and infrastructure.
  • Oversee wireless mobility management, including device lifecycle, plan optimization, and usage monitoring.
  • Manage telecom service orders (wireless and wireline), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess telecom needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Support telecom audits, inventory management, and lifecycle tracking of assets.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of telecom solutions such as SIP, WAN, VoIP, and IoT.
  • Provide support for legacy telecom systems and basic TDM environments.
  • Evaluate and support the adoption of emerging technologies, including IoT and cloud communications.
  • Utilize telecom expense management (TEM) platforms (e.g., Sakon, Tangoe, Calero, MOTUS).
  • Develop reports and dashboards, including cost analysis, variance tracking, and executive insights.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights for clients.
  • Stay updated on telecom market trends, pricing models, and emerging technologies.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom analysis, procurement, sourcing, or IT consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom services including voice, data, wireless/IoT, VoIP, and WAN.
  • Hands-on experience with TEM platforms, reporting, analytics, and dashboards (Sakon, Tangoe, Calero).
  • Experience managing wireless mobility environments (devices, plans, and carriers).
  • Knowledge of telecom technologies such as SIP, WAN, IoT, cloud services, UCaaS, CCaaS, and legacy systems (TDM).
  • Experience with telecom order management (MACD processes – Moves, Adds, Changes, Disconnects).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with major telecom vendors (e.g., Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, Lumen).
